About Roofing Blanchard: Roofers Who Look for the Repair First

We are a roofing company in Blanchard, Oklahoma that starts every job by asking whether the roof can be fixed. If a lifted shingle tab or a cracked pipe boot is the real problem, we repair it. If the decking or the whole field of shingles is failing, we show you why.

How We Size Up a Roof

Most leaks start in a handful of places: step flashing against a wall or chimney, the rubber boot around a plumbing vent, nails that have backed out, or a valley that handles heavy runoff. A single failure like that rarely means the whole roof is finished. We trace the water from the stain on the ceiling to where it really enters, often a few feet farther up the slope, and fix that spot properly.

There are times when a new roof is the right answer, and we say so. Shingles with most of their granules worn off, mats that crack when bent, decking that is soft or coming apart, and hail bruises all over the roof mean a patch lasts months instead of years. In that case we go over what we found, share the photos, and explain what a full roof replacement includes so you can weigh it against paying for one repair after another.

We hold three credentials: an Oklahoma residential roofing license, an Oklahoma commercial roofing license and an Oklahoma general contractor license. Together they let us take on the roof over your house, a low-slope roof on a shop or office, and related work such as new decking or gutters, all without handing any part to another company.

How We Handle Every Job

Pictures before decisions

On the roof, we take pictures of each trouble spot, whether it is a cracked vent boot, a raised nail head or a hail bruise. You look at the same evidence we did before choosing anything.

Estimates broken out by line

Materials, labor, flashing and decking each get their own line on the written estimate. When tear-off exposes rotted plywood, we show you the damaged sheets and give you the price before any of it is replaced.

Patches that fit the roof

We pick replacement shingles to match the existing profile and color as closely as current stock allows. Old flashing stays only if it still seals, since a repair should hold up as long as the shingles around it.

Cleanup down to the last nail

Before anyone climbs up, we cover shrubs and flower beds with tarps. When the work is done, a magnet on wheels goes over the grass, the driveway and the walkways so loose roofing nails do not end up in a tire or a bare foot. Old shingles, underlayment scraps and packaging all leave with our crew.

Where We Work

We work on homes and commercial buildings in Blanchard and the surrounding area, including Newcastle, Tuttle, Goldsby, Moore, Mustang, Chickasha and Noble. Spring hail and straight-line winds are hard on asphalt shingles, so many of our calls are for storm damage repair and roof inspections after a rough season. Our Service Areas page lists the towns we cover.
